Hello, I am looking for a webinar on "Budgeting for non-accountants or elected officials". I found an article on the GFOA website, which helps, but prefer a webinar. I seem to recall that there was a course on this in one of the conferences. Does anyone know where I could access such a webinar? Thanks in advance for your help.
