Can I see some Excel examples of your budget amendments? Do you have a separate sheet for the amendments, and then incorporate it into your budget summary? Does it matter that the amendments are coming from reserves? Council has given approval for two amendments, and each will come from General Fund reserves. How can I visually represent this information to them? I have added a column to a summary sheet for amendments and a new column for the amended budget while still showing the adopted budget. Is this sufficient, or should I do a separate sheet ONLY showing the two amendments? I plan on showing a transfer from the General Fund to the Capital Projects Fund. I've attached what I have done for our Capital Projects Fund. I haven't finished the General Fund side yet. Suggestions? Thanks
